The opportunity presented itself to help set up the communications and HR department as a hybrid department which was something I had been doing in previous roles – but this was my opportunity to make it mine!

Working in a hotel, I was speaking to ICHB and booking in their policyholders. I saw an advert in a local magazine for a rental claims handler at the company and the rest as they say is history!
