Emergency assistance during the holidays: ICAB’s 24/7 support
Three days before Christmas, ICAB’s Claims Team was contacted by an insurance company with a claim for an elderly policyholder who lived in a village in central Scotland.
Southern Housing has become the first organisation to make use of the newly created PfH Accommodation and Decant Managed Framework to retain ICAB as their accommodation supplier.
In today’s world, compliance and accountability are of utmost importance, which is why housing associations and councils are required to use appropriate frameworks to procure the services of external suppliers. The PfH Accommodation and Decant Managed Services framework is a reliable and compliant route to market that is dedicated to the social housing sector.
Southern Housing, which provides affordable homes to over 167,000 people and is one of the UK’s biggest housing providers, is the first PfH member to use this framework to procure their accommodation and decant services.
ICAB is proud to be one of only four suppliers on this framework, as it allows us to efficiently use our 25 years of expertise and comprehensive accommodation solutions to serve social housing organisations. As experts in arranging both planned and emergency decants and temporary accommodation solutions for tenants and residents, ICAB is pleased to continue its working relationship with Southern Housing through this latest compliant route to market to provide their tenants with accommodation solutions when they need them the most.
